An engineering journal for production AI systems.
HexTechGuide is the independent research division and engineering journal of Hex Data Technologies. We publish technical field notes, architecture reviews, production guides, and incident analysis for teams building AI, cloud, Kubernetes, Python, security, and reliability systems in production.
This publication exists because modern engineering knowledge is often split between vendor documentation, marketing content, and short-lived tutorials. HexTechGuide focuses on the layer in between: how systems are actually designed, deployed, operated, secured, and recovered in real environments.
Architecture over products
We focus on system design, operational patterns, and long-term engineering principles rather than vendor-specific announcements.
Patterns over vendors
Tools change. Platforms change. Models change. Strong architectural patterns remain useful across runtimes, clouds, and infrastructure stacks.
Production before prototypes
We care about what happens after the demo works: scaling, monitoring, secrets, failure modes, cost, rollback, and operational ownership.
Evidence over hype
We prefer architecture diagrams, configuration examples, failure analysis, and operational trade-offs over promotional claims.
Field Notes
Practical observations from real infrastructure, deployment, and operational work.
Production Guides
Implementation material for deploying and operating systems reliably in production.
Architecture Reviews
System design analysis, trade-offs, platform patterns, and engineering decisions.
Incident Analysis
Failure-driven learning from outages, misconfigurations, scaling issues, and recovery procedures.
Reference Articles
Evergreen technical explanations designed to remain useful beyond specific products or versions.
Engineering credibility is earned through implementation.
We believe technical authority is earned by documenting real systems, constraints, trade-offs, and failures. If an article does not help an engineer make a better architectural decision, operate a more reliable platform, or understand a system more deeply, it does not belong here.
HexTechGuide is intentionally vendor-neutral. Vendor names may appear as examples, but they are never the center of the publication unless an article is explicitly a review, comparison, or benchmark.
Hex Data Technologies
